Roger White founded the Aloha Mac Shack truck in 2021 while looking for a new way to serve his community amid a global pandemic. Inspired by the feelings that the childhood classic dish evokes, Aloha Mac Shack hopes to deliver the same feeling. Each dish is filled to the brim with cheese and crafted with love.
