Bonzai Boyz blossomed from a decade of experience in fine dining, led by Chef John Hing and Chef Leong Yam. With innovative twists on traditional Asian dishes, they offer mouthwatering boa buns – or Asian street tacos – that feature Korean fried chicken, braised pork belly, or crispy shrimp. It is their crispy pork belly fried rice that reigns supreme as top seller, with patrons often purchasing multiple orders to stockpile for future cravings! Additionally, their made-from-scratch pork pot stickers garner rave reviews, reflecting the dedication poured into each handmade creation. For Bonzai Boyz, cooking is not just a job—it is a labor of love. They aspire to imbue each dish with that unmistakable essence of care and passion. Chef John has been amazed by the unexpected camaraderie among food truck owners, where mutual support and collaboration thrive.
