Born in Tokyo and inspired by the vibrant flavors of his hometown, Shusei Nakimichi started Eishumaru Food Truck with his wife Yuki in 2018. Eishumaru, or “shop stand” in Japanese, emerged out of Shusei’s passion to connect with customers. Modeled after the Japanese yatai, or ramen stall, Eishumaru Food Truck in Connecticut captivates locals with Tokyo-style ramen and other Japanese dishes fueled by a deep love of Shusei’s roots.

Chicken Bowl (Donburi Menu Tori-Don)
