Fork in Nigeria was founded by Chef Prej Iroegbu, who grew up cooking on his family’s farm in Isuikwuato, Nigeria before bringing authentic West African flavors to the streets. From jollof rice and spicy suya to rich egusi stew with fufu and sweet puff-puff, every dish honors Nigerian culinary heritage.
