He opened acclaimed restaurants inspired by the street food of Myanmar, Thailand, Hong Kong, and Japan, and later transformed the menu at Legal Seafoods—introducing its first signature sushi offerings. With a passion for the delicate artistry of sushi, Harold has become a sought-after chef for professional sports teams, celebrities, and movie stars alike. Today, alongside his wife Sandy, Chef Harold teaches with the same heart he cooks with—driven by a belief that food should nourish, delight, and bring people closer to health and happiness.
