For twelve years, they have specialized in build-your-own rice bowls and pitas, aiming to recreate the abundant and fresh flavors of Eddie's Lebanese childhood while making their dishes accessible to all. Eddie most enjoys engaging with his customers. With his outgoing nature, he relishes the opportunity to listen to their stories and connect with people from diverse backgrounds and experiences. Aside from their signature rice bowls and pitas, Hummus Xpress offers popular items like jalapeño hummus, garlic potato wedges, and flavorful gyro sandwiches made with a house-made beef sausage. Their killer chicken is marinated with achiote, white pepper, and more, then grilled to become succulent and aromatic. Eddie attributes his culinary inspiration to his mom. He draws ongoing creative energy from her traditional dishes, such as stuffed cabbage and stuffed zucchini, emphasizing that these recipes possess a soulful quality and represent the essence of healthy, satisfying dining.
