Ja Patty, co-founded by Jamaican-born Conroy Outar and New York native Alison Rosario, offers a taste of the Caribbean in Rhode Island. Since 2018, they've combined authentic island flavors with local ingredients, creating a menu that ranges from classic jerk chicken to inventive apple pie patties. Their food trailer serves as a culinary bridge, using Jamaican cuisine a vehicle for cultural exchange and appreciation.
