At Maria Bonita, matriarch and head chef, Miriam Lopez, passionately recreates plates from her native home of Hidalgo, Mexico. Rooted in family recipes, each dish is enriched by a tapestry of the flavors she recalls from Central Mexico. Omaha Magazine’s “Best Food Truck” many times over, and for good reason.
