Founded as a food truck in 2021, Moving Dough Pizza Co has grown into a Rhode Island favorite known for its New Haven style pies. The approach is simple: water, flour, salt, and yeast with no added fats, dairy, or sugar creating a light, crisp crust with real flavor. Finished with house-made tomato sauce, whole milk mozzarella, and imported pecorino Romano, their delicious formula has resulted in Moving Dough now operating two brick-and-mortar locations alongside its food truck.
