Mr. Bulgogi began in 2017 when owner Park launched the food truck as a weekend project rooted in his love for Korean flavors. What started as passion play quickly captured local attention, serving made-from-scratch bulgogi and Korean-inspired barbecue that reflects both heritage and bold seasoning. From classic marinated beef to creative fusion takes, Park brings fresh, savory Korean taste to the streets of Pittsburgh.
