Piper Belle’s BBQ was founded by Midstate natives David and Kaci Shirey, who took their smoked BBQ food truck on the road in 2015. Shaped by travel and hands-on experimentation, the menu highlights Carolina-style barbecue and signature wood-fired pizzas, all made with intention. At its core, Piper Belle’s is about consistency, care, and serving food they’re proud to stand behind.
