The sole Guyanese restaurant in the state, her venture offers unique flavors from her childhood, a blend of Creole, East Indian, African, Portuguese, Amerindian, Chinese, and European influences. After losing her job due to COVID-19, Sukeeta transformed adversity into opportunity, investing in a food truck. Her menu, catering to all palates including vegans and vegetarians, features gems like the perfectly seasoned goat oti.
