The Smokin’ Onion flips the script on vegan comfort food. Business and life partners Parker and Keems met while working at a vegetarian restaurant. When their youngest son was diagnosed with Leukemia at 2, they took the leap to open their dream eatery, one that seeks to comfort the soul and change the world on one delicious plate.
