After a lengthy career in farming that was cut short by the pandemic, Erik Warga shifted gears. He turned a lifelong hobby and passion for BBQ into a full-time endeavor, investing into a food truck business with his wife Allie. “It’s like an alchemy,” Warga says when describing his process.
