BIBIBOP Asian Grill was founded by Charlie Shin and Bill Gillett, inspired by a simple meal shared in Seoul, an egg over rice offered with generosity. Rooted in Columbus and Korean bibimbap traditions, BIBIBOP focuses on customizable bowls that nourish the body, honor culture, and bring people together through everyday food.
