Proof Ultimatums Can Be Delicious.

In 2019, Julissa Walker issued an ultimatum. Exhausted from multiple moves in a short amount of time, she told her husband Dwayne, “If we move again, you owe me a food truck.” Once settled in Boston, Dwayne bought the food truck, and Butter Ur Biscuit was born. Julissa always enjoyed cooking and infuses soul food-cooking with flavors of her Dominican upbringing. A graduate of the Institute of Culinary Education in New York, Julissa's biscuits impart the Southern flair and Latin twist creating tasty flavors nestled between a fluffy, buttery biscuit. It looks like Julissa’s ultimatum paid off!

2 buttermilk fried chicken tenders served with a side of baked macaroni and cheese, a warm buttermilk biscuit and a dipping sauce (house made Sriracha aioli or BBQ sauce)
