Chick’N Fix

From Mom’s Creation to Seattle Streets.

Jon and Mari Rudd launched Chick N Fix, an AAPI-woman owned business, and introduced Bola Bola, a rice ball bursting with chicken, rice, and spices, to Seattle. Bola Bola is Mari’s mother’s creation that she and Jon have made their own –––the ultimate American/Filipino fusion dish.  For Seattle’s large Filipino community, Mari taps their mutual nostalgia with familiar flavors and twists on the unexpected.
