The Cookies That Started At Prom.

Chibi Confectionary began as a fundraising idea for high school prom all the way in Seattle. Native Hawaiian Garrett Shiroma, then a Chemistry teacher, thought of selling chibi, or “small cookies”, to parents. They were a such a hit that Garrett took his delicious treats back to Hawaii to start up his own business!
