Chef Arturo Silva is a master cooking up Mexican cuisine with a Japanese twist. The meats are marinated for 24 hours then slow-cooked for 12, allowing maximum flavor and tenderness.  Home of the “Hellfire Taco,” La Birria specializes in distinctly unique fusion cuisine.
