With the arrival of their first child, Ester Bishop and her husband were captivated by documentaries that unveiled the origins of supermarket goods. Driven to provide their family with wholesome nourishment, they started Gnarly Vines Farm. With dedication, they now raise cows, pigs, and chickens, and serve up flavorsome Brazilian fare.
