Hometown Poke

Poke With Good Manners.

The daughter of Taiwanese immigrants, Tiffany Ting has fond memories of watching her grandparents run their classic American diner as a child. After moving to the East Coast, she found herself longing for the fresh, light cuisine of her home state. Hometown Poke was born in 2017, inspired by the hospitality her grandparents had shown.
