Hibachi Daruma

Teppanyaki, Taken To The Streets.

Hibachi Daruma is a family-owned, pioneering Japanese teppanyaki food truck that has since expanded into catering and restaurants in the area. Owners Ying and Miguel Alvarez met while working at Benihana and decided to take hibachi on the road in 2013. Chef Miguel may have been born in Mexico, but he has spent more than three decades honing his passion for Japanese cuisine.
