Two Generations, One Pit.
The father and daughter behind H.P.’s Smokehouse BBQ, Nichole Anderson Payne and H.P., have always bonded over cooking. Their pulled pork slowly smoked with local fruitwoods, garners top accolades. Simple and uncomplicated are the hallmarks of H.P.’s Smokehouse.
