La Cochinita

Southern Mexico, Wrapped In Banana Leaves.

At La Cochinita the flavors of Southern Mexico shine. Named for cochinita pibil, the slow-roasted pork wrapped in banana leaves, it is a fitting tribute to the region’s culinary traditions. Flavio, Armando, and Hailee Zentella are bringing a taste of Tabasco to Minnesota with salbutes (puffy tacos), black al pastor, bolis, and so much more.
