Jaswant Singh and his brother Narinder Gaunia came to the United States almost 40 years ago with the American Dream in their hearts. In 2016, after years of working in various roles in the food industry, they finally opened the first Indian food truck in the greater Boston area. Today, it’s the younger generation of the family who has taken charge of the business. Suki, Jaswant’s son, takes great pride in serving his homemade family recipes. The Singh’s chicken seekh kabab roll and lamb biryani have drawn customers from all over the Boston area for nearly a decade, allowing Suki and his siblings to expand his family’s business and actualize his father’s dream.
