Sister-owned Mami Tran, founded by Lizz Eng and Cindy Tran, brings their mother’s home cooking to Seattle streets. Built on generations of Vietnamese recipes, the truck is known for crispy egg rolls, garlic noodles, and banh mi—scratch-made dishes rooted in care, resilience, and community.
