Sam and Mandy Dangol’s hometown of Kathmandu, Nepal is famous for its street food. In 2017, the couple introduced the beloved Himalayan dumplings, momochas, to the neighborhoods of Seattle with their food truck, Kathmandu Momochas. Made from scratch, the chicken and vegan momochas are top sellers, but their sauces are the real winners!
