Grandma Approved Dumplings.

A family operation with some of the best dumplings in Boston, MoyZilla has been taking the city by storm for almost a decade. Growing up and watching how hard the restaurant industry was for his parents, Jonathan Moy opted for a career in finance. Yet he found himself dreaming in his cubicle of a food truck inspired by his Chinese background and the classic American street foods he grew up with. He left his job and the MoyZilla food truck was born in 2014, featuring Chinese comfort food favorites like fried rice, spring rolls, and garlic wok-fried noodles. While his family was hesitant at first, his grandmother warmed up to it over the course of many taste tests of pork and cabbage dumplings—a customer and family favorite. The whole family followed suit and ten years later, Jonathan, his parents and his wife all pitch in to help the business thrive.
