From Grandma’s Kitchen To The Grill.

At the age of 9, Bella Muscolini was already helping her father in the kitchen at his pizza restaurants and takes much of her inspiration from her grandmother Grazia, a first-generation Sicilian immigrant whose cooking inspired many of the dishes you will find at Rockin’ Burgers. At 21, she is the owner of her own food truck, serving up Italian-inspired burgers, sandwiches, and more.
