Sizzling Wagon is a Minnesota-based food truck founded by Thomas Washington, with the help of his twin brother Claude. Launched in 2012, it’s known for its comfort food, especially the slow-roasted barbecue beef brisket sandwich with house-made sauce and fresh slaw. Built on family and passion, Sizzling Wagon brings good food wherever it goes.
