Trained at Johnson & Wales and shaped by years in high-volume pizza kitchens, Fritz built a copper-clad oven capable of reaching 900 degrees turning out artisan pizzas in minutes. With an energetic crew and serious firepower, W’s delivers a pizza experience built for parties of every kind.
