Chef Bo Kwan delivered Korean tacos to the streets of Portland in 2009, before the height of the street food craze. Koi Fusion is a unique fusion of Korean BBQ and vibrant Mexican flavors. Mama Kwan’s succulent barbecued meats are at the heart and soul, while her son Bo's creativity and pioneering vision propels it forward.
