The Story
Two chefs from opposite sides of the world found common ground through food when Korean Australian chef Alexander Sherack teamed up with Mexican chef Rene Lopez in Philadelphia. What began as a retrofitted food cart now delivers bold Korean-Mexican flavors like bulgogi birria tacos and crispy Korean fried chicken, bringing festival-ready energy to every stop.
