From East Coast roots to Idaho streets, the menu leans into rich, familiar pasta like bucatini rolled through melted Grana Padano, bolognese, and meatball loaded builds that feel more like a full dinner than a quick stop. It is simple at its core, good ingredients, classic recipes, but there is something more personal behind it that comes through.
