Pasta Pete and Kim did not start this early, they started it when it actually felt right, turning a late in life idea into a full food truck built around Italian comfort and their own story together. From East Coast roots to Idaho streets, the menu leans into rich, familiar pasta like bucatini rolled through melted Grana Padano, bolognese, and meatball loaded builds that feel more like a full dinner than a quick stop. It is simple at its core, good ingredients, classic recipes, but there is something more personal behind it that comes through.
