This Sweepstakes is sponsored by Food Fleet, located at 2042 Town Center Blvd, Knoxville, Tennessee 37922 ("Sponsor").

Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C. who are attendees of the NACUFS National Conference 2026 and are 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising/promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children) and household members are not eligible.

The Sweepstakes begins on July 15, 2026 at 10:00 AM EST and ends on July 18, 2026 at 11:59 PM EST ("Sweepstakes Period"). Sponsor's clock is the official time.

During the Sweepstakes Period, visit Sponsor at Booth 747 at the NACUFS National Conference 2026 and/or enroll in a New Client Service Request at foodfleet.com/nacufs-2026-giveaway. Entrants need only submit a request to meet with Sponsor to be entered — an actual meeting is not required to enter or win. Limit one (1) entry per person during the Sweepstakes Period. No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win.

One (1) winner will receive a $1,500 credit toward a food and beverage experience with Food Fleet ("Prize"), subject to availability and scheduling. Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $1,500. Actual value may vary. No cash alternative or substitution will be made except at Sponsor's sole discretion, in which case a prize of equal or greater value may be substituted. Prize is non-transferable.

Winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received, on August 3, 2026, under the supervision of Sponsor, whose decisions are final. Winner will be notified by email and/or phone following the drawing. Winner's name will be posted at foodfleet.com/nacufs-2026-giveaway. Winner may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and (where lawful) a Publicity Release within three (3) days of notification, or an alternate winner may be selected.

By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes.

By participating, entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability, injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance/use of the Prize.

Except where prohibited by law, participation in this Sweepstakes constitutes winner's consent to Sponsor's use of winner's name, likeness, hometown, statements, and photographs and/or video/audio recordings of winner's participation in the food and beverage experience (the "Content") for advertising, promotional, and marketing purposes, including but not limited to case studies, social media, website, print, and other marketing materials, in any and all media now known or hereafter devised, worldwide, in perpetuity, without further notice, review, compensation, or consideration to winner, except where prohibited by law. Winner agrees not to make any claim against Sponsor for compensation, defamation, invasion of privacy, or infringement of any right of publicity arising from Sponsor's use of the Content as described herein.

This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

For the name of the winner, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to Food Fleet, 2042 Town Center Blvd, Knoxville, Tennessee 37922, postmarked no later than December 31, 2026. Winner's name will also be posted at foodfleet.com/nacufs-2026-giveaway.
