Quinnipiac University

Quinnipiac came to Food Fleet with a real problem. A food station that had gone stale — underperforming and generating no income for the campus. Food Fleet converted that space into Heritage Kitchen: a permanent rotating station bringing students' favorite local food trucks inside to serve their favorite meals, Monday–Friday, lunch and dinner, one truck per meal period. Local partners bring their own food, their own labor, their own story.

Result:

A rotating station model that keeps campus dining fresh, drives meal plan utilization, and generates incremental revenue — no buildout required.

Impact:

  • Year 1 (‘24-’25): $1.14M in sales

  • Year 2 (‘25-’26): $1.24M in sales

  • $250K+ in commission paid back to the client annually at zero cost to them
