Builder of teams. Master of logistics. Mother of Dragons. Chief Cheerleader.

Carly Jacobson Wiebe has spent the last decade turning Food Fleet from a scrappy startup into a national operation – one truck, one venue, one contract at a time. There are now more than 5,000 partners in Food Fleet’s global roster. As Co-Founder and VP of Operations, Carly’s helped bring in over $50 million in gross revenue while overseeing tens of thousands of events across stadiums, universities, convention centers, and corporate campuses nationwide.

But numbers only tell part of the story. Carly’s known for building up people – training front-line staff, lifting small partners into major partnerships, and mentoring a team that now stretches across coasts and continents. Her background spans every corner of hospitality, from assistant event planner to bar manager to GM of a pop-up country club at UCLA’s Pauley Pavilion, to operations supervisor and Assistant Director of F&B at Evolution Hospitality.

With over 20 years in the trenches of food and beverage, Carly’s superpower is turning vision into execution – without the drama. She can speak kitchen, client, or C-suite fluently, and she’s the first call when things get messy and need to get done right.
