The Story

Scott Stoltzfus has owned Albie’s for over 15 years, but his roots go back even further, growing up around his family’s Lancaster County business, Stoltzfus Meats. That early exposure shaped how he approaches both food and people. For Scott, it’s always been about bringing the two together. The menu follows that same approach. Freshly ground burgers, BBQ bacon builds, and black bean options, alongside Maryland-style crab cake sandwiches and loaded crab fries that lean into his upbringing. Whether at the restaurant or from the food truck, the goal always stays the same: serve food people enjoy and create a space where the community can come together around it.
