The Story

Allan’s Jerk Shack is a family-run spot in Orlando led by Allan Tavraes, known locally as the “King of Jerk.” After taking home the win at the 9th Annual Florida Jerk Festival in 2022, the focus hasn’t changed. Keep it authentic and let the food speak for itself. The menu sticks to Caribbean staples, built on bold seasoning and recipes rooted in tradition. Everything comes out with that same balance of heat, smoke, and flavor you expect from proper jerk.
