The Story

Chef Zach's culinary journey began in Morocco, learning Amazigh cuisine from family. "Amazigh" refers to a group native to the Maghreb region, celebrated in his dishes. Relocating to New York City in 2008, he refined his skills in French restaurants. In 2021, his dream came true with Amazigh Food Truck, sharing authentic flavors with the U.S.
