The Story
Francesco Martinelli had worked in Italian fine dining for 17 years before deciding he wanted to bring the flavors of Mola Di Bari, Italy to the states. By combining his love for Italian cuisine with his interest in street food, Bacio D’Italia was born. They now serve their delicious pastas and panzerottis to the people of Utah with all the same charm and sophistication you would find in Italy.
