The Story
Bake’N Bacon was founded in 2019 by Chef Justin Coleman and Kelvin Alexander with a mission to make bacon more than breakfast. From their first food truck to South Philly’s only bacon-focused restaurant, the menu delivers bold favorites like The Bacon Crunch, brisket fries, and slow-smoked bacon burnt ends, all built around big flavor and community roots.
