The Story

BC Tacos has been rolling through South Florida since 2011, started by Brett Chiavari after he left his job in Orlando to build something of his own. What began as a love for fish tacos turned into a truck known across Fort Lauderdale, Miami, Boca, and beyond for doing things a little differently. The menu leans playful but stays grounded in flavor. Tacos like the short rib blend “Hunter,” BBQ pulled pork, grilled mahi, and the fried avocado taco that’s built a following of its own. Everything is made with fresh ingredients, house seasoning blends, and sauces that keep things consistent without overcomplicating it. Over the years, BC Tacos expanded into restaurants, a second truck, and large event partnerships, but today it’s back to where it started.
