Maryland’s finest Hawaiian eatery, on wheels! Founders of Blowfish Poke, Jennie and Steve Kwon, took a trip to Maui and were charmed by Poke. With every bite of fresh fish and scrumptious sides, they became more convinced to bring the Hawaiian flavors home. Today, Blowfish Poke serves up delicious Poke bowls all over the state. Mahalo!
