The Story
Following a 15-year career in the Marines, Joel Dawson found himself at a crossroads in retirement, uncertain about his future path. Embracing his enduring passion for cooking, he embarked on a new journey. Linking up with his business partner during their time at Bethune Cookman College in 1999, they translated their dreams into reality by launching a BBQ food truck—now recognized as Brothers N Arms. Dawson's commitment extends beyond the culinary realm; he is deeply invested in supporting fellow veterans, where a meaningful portion of his earnings is dedicated to the Sempre Fi & America’s Fund.
