Raised in Burma, Myo's journey started within his father’s kitchen with a love for Balada, a traditional flatbread. In 2021, he fulfilled his dream with the establishment of Burmese Bites. Myo's dedication to authenticity has transformed his eatery into a cultural bridge, connecting Burma's flavors with New York City's diverse food scene.
