The Story

Carrera’s Tacos came from brothers Josh and Ryan Carrera who grew up in San Diego and couldn’t find the same kind of food out here. So, they made it themselves. What started as catering turned into a truck, built around the stuff they grew up eating. Cali burritos with fries, street tacos, ceviche, loaded fries. Nothing overthought, just food that feels familiar if you know it and easy to get into if you don’t. This concept brings laid back West Coast flavor to the mile high city.
