Christian Taborda's hands move quickly, kneading the corn-based dough. Call it an inherited instinct– his mom had a small empanada business in their native Medellín. The dough is fresh, the filling plentiful, and each one is made to order. From meat lovers to vegans, all diners will find an empanada to enjoy at Chava’s Empanadas – treat yourself!
