The Story

Chickpeasy is owned by Jasmine and Paul Arroyo. Jasmine’s Lebanese background and Paul’s Filipino upbringing fuse to create one of the most exciting mobile concepts in Charlotte. Mediterranean cuisine imbued with rotating Filipino specialties from Paul’s motherland is made from scratch using the highest quality ingredients. The hummus, falafel, and Kefta recipes bear stamps of approval from Jasmine’s father, who is from Beirut.
