The Story

Cookie Monstah grew from Missy Gale’s life as a mother, baker, and lifelong food lover. After years in Boston kitchens and bakeries, and a personal search for the perfect chocolate chip cookie through pregnancy and parenthood raising four children, Missy brought her scratch-baked cookies to the streets of Boston. For her, a cookie is about care, sharing, and making someone’s day a little better.
